I thought I paid 300 dollars for a hour consultation and ended up being only 33 minutes. I didn’t get to discuss my case in full and then was asked how much money do I want? Isn’t that the lawyer job? I tried asking to talk again to finish my case as the lawyer had my case and timeline messed up with the short time I was able to talk. He wanted me to pay for a negotiation which included no details, so I asked for more details on the steps and how it will look as I was a little confused and concerned he never heard my whole case. His response back was one sentence on the upfront fee to him and his hourly pay that’s it. He didn’t even answer the question and showed his priorities that he cared about what he gets paid.This was just a waste of money and I could have used that money for a better consultation. If you have an employment case I wouldn’t recommend this law firm.

I made an appointment with Dessaules Law Group and paid the fee to secure an initial consultation. However, my experience was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Firstly, when I called in for the initial scheduled consultation, I was informed that the attorney couldn't meet me because they were running late due to another meeting and was not able to accommodate my appointment. Fair enough, these things happen but there was continued unprofessionalism from this point on. I was asked to reschedule, which I did.The attorney was made aware at the initial rescheduling that I would be on vacation. As this consultation was of high importance to me, I arranged to still meet with them during vacation. However, when I called in for the rescheduled appointment during my trip, there was initially no answer. After persistently trying, I finally got through, only to be told that the attorney "had stepped away from their desk and would be calling me back". 19 minutes past the scheduled time, I still hadn't received any callback. I called again to express my frustration, that it was now evident that this attorney has no sense of urgency or regard for their prospective clients' time. Overall, my experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing. They seem to lack basic professionalism and respect for their clients' time. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for legal assistance.

Myself along with 8 neighbors, were being sued by our HOA for a wall that they claimed we all were damaging and responsible for. We filed a counter suit. It was a long, stressful process, no fault to our attorney David. My opinion is that the hoa wanted to drag it out in hopes that we either go broke or just give up. Anyway, long story short. Every judgment was in our favor. The Hoa sued us, trying to have us pay over 50k to fix or replace the wall. Now my estimation is that the hoa will have to dish around a quarter million! Gotta love Karma. I'd like to thank everyone who handled our case. Well done, everyone. Your hard work is much appreciated.

This review is long over due. The Dessaules Law Group saved my life. When I thought all hope was lost, Jon & his team advocated for me. My HOA tried to pass a bill over to me as a result of a flood in the building I live in that I was not responsible for. The flood damage displaced me for three months, destroyed all of personal belongings, and happened as a result of the negligence from the property management company. Jon & Jacob went through great lengths to help me and stood by my side fighting for the injustice I was going through. They were diligent, great communicators, and most importantly great listeners when I was going through such a hard time in my life after what felt like losing everything. When you are faced with an untimely lawsuit from an HOA alleging non-conformance to covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs), your best defense, I really mean your best defense is to call Dessaules Law Group. The HOA that harassed my family was getting paid a monthly assessment and NOT recording it to their ledger. After I presented them with evidence of payment, they continued to harass my family, by sending notice of violations without merit and eventually bringing a lawsuit against me. He turned my stressful/worrisome situation into a relief filled/hassle free process and outcome. He had my back and I trusted him entirely. He is an excellent listener and it is obvious he is passionate about his profession and he cares about his client and stands up for what is right. If it were the case, I would also consider this man to be a good and loyal friend to anyone, outside of only having a professional relationship with him. I 11/10 recommend Jake and his practice and will definitely be coming to him again should I have any need for a lawyer in the future.

We had a claim against an insurance company and Jonathan did everything he could to sabatage it and then sent us to court with some young new attorney that didn’t know anything. Do not use them!!!

Our HOA sued us over our addition due to a setback violation. We had never had to retain a lawyer before in our lives and suddenly we were in a panic.
