First off I want to say Mr. Saienni and Brook Jolley are very kind people IN GENERAL. Then I would like to add that their professionalism was absolutely top tier. Brook would always make sure to keep me updated on things whether it was a call or email, the communication always stayed on point. They were always easy to connect with and if they missed a call you will most certainly get a call back. More importantly, I discovered that I had 7 counts against me one of them being a class 2. From the moment I contacted and met with Mr. Saienni I was more at ease and hopefully than I had been before. His confidence, his upfront communication, his laid back but yet professional demeanor gave me the confidence and unquestionable trust that everything would be just fine . What that being said he was able to get me down to a misdemeanor for my count 2 and all other charges dropped. I am very grateful to have worked with Mr. Saienni as well as his paralegal Brook Jolley. Harvey Brown came highly recommended by my father when I was in need of an attorney to handle an estate case that I inherited..I came to Harvey brown desperate for help not understanding anything that was going on around me. I have to admit when it comes to things I'm not very savvy so I turned to Mr Brown I paid Mr Brown in advance because I knew it would be difficult situation informed him I had no idea what you was up I didn't know what papers he needed okay just bring him everything I had and he can sort it thereby retrieving all the information that he would need I couldn't make heads or tails of it. that was in January 2013 , Harvey brown gladly accepted my payment in advance and here it is here later and I've got nothing done as of 2014 February 2nd the day my dad died Mr Brown decided he would fire me as a client because I called him upset hysterical he put it he kept my money and gave me absolutely nothing but grief tourney code of ethics apparently this man doesn't think it applies to him you're going to do with Harvey Brown suggest you have deep pockets and he proceeded to keep my money . mister brown has no understanding of probate laws or estate or how to conduct himself into business like manor a descent manor at that. I regret ever meeting Mr Brown or having any dealings with him good luck to anybody else who has him for an attorney
