I was referred to Mr. McGirr through the Maricopa County Lawyer Referral Service. I left a message for him and he called back within the hour. We discussed my issues related to our Homeowners Association. Mick was very honest, knowledgeable and straightforward with his thoughts and advice. While he could have taken the case and charged our association, he provided an alternative course of action that would be less expensive. And he even offered to assist if we have any further roadblocks or issues. I would highly recommend Mr. McGirr.

I needed legal representation to negotiate with APS about my solar plan. Apparently APS deleted my historical kilo watt usage and I picked a bad plan. The worst part was that I was grandfathered to a plan that did not complement Solar for 20 years. After I struggled with customer service at APS, I got nowhere. What a nightmare. Finally I contacted Mick and he listened to my problem. Mick thought I had an issue with APS and offered his services. Mick said he thought it would take a couple of phone calls to APS or a couple of letters. I went with Mick and let him take care of everything. Just like Mick said, he was able to negotiate with APS and had my account changed, even after the big solar panel cutoff date. I would use Mick again and would highly recommend Mick as he was quick and precise.
