I appreciated the time I was given to help decide what my options were. I received great advice, was given a time frame for follow up if I decided to use their services, and was offered encouragement to complete my case on my own, based on level of preparation I had already put in. I did not require their services this time...but feel comfortable to return for help in the future.

Tommy Richardson took on my case as a trial attorney after it was previously being handled by another attorney who no longer does trial work. The case was two and a half years old and the previous attorney hadn't made much progress in the two years before the statute-of-limitations was about to run out. In the time since the case had been in settlement negotiations, the defendant passed away, adding a further complication to the case. This really was a nearly impossible case and I truly didn't expect to recover anything beyond being able to pay my medical bills, but Mr. Richardson's team was amazing. Everyone was always very easy to get in touch with and very easy to talk to. Not only were my medical bills paid, despite the settlement being lower than any of us expected initially, but Mr. Richardson and his team were able to negotiate reductions in almost all of the bills and leave me with a very pleasantly surprising portion of the settlement. Friedl Richardson is a great firm and I wouldn't hesitate to refer my closest friends and family to them. Being a former paralegal, I understood the challenges in this case and also realize that Mr. Richardson reduced his fees, leaving me more than a fair share of the settlement.
