I have been involved in two accidents in which I was rear ended. In the first, Amy was really great at explaining the process when we sat down. Made sure to keep me in the loop of what was going on with my case in a honest and caring way. Years later I was rear ended in the same car :-( In which I knew to contact Amy because I had such a great experience in my first accident. Amy made sure that I did everything that I was suppose to so she can do her job well. I would definitely recommend her as a personal injury lawyer.

Amy Vela did an excellent job representing me in a personal injury case. I appreciated her approachable manner which was helpful, honest, direct, and thorough. My son was hit by a car while driving his bike at an intersection, the car did not stop, and the officer on seen didnt even ticket the driver. After learning about his he injuries ,a broken jaw and broken front teeth. I knew I needed an attorney thankfully, I found Amy Olivas. She was very knowledgable, patient, and explained everything from his medical care, insurance process and told us how much she expected settlement to be. I suffered a broken arm and several cuts as a result of the driver of a parked car flinging her door open into a bicycle path. Ultimately flipping through the glass window, into the quarter panel, and then finally attacking the asphalt. Sadly, the asphalt won, albeit the BMW door did not fare as well. I went to Phillips Law Group due to their prompt and professional response. I was assigned two separate attorney's over the approximate one-year timeframe, with the primary being Amy Olivas. While all of Phillips Law Group staff were very good to excellent with respect to timeliness, understanding, and overall professionalism; Amy was in particular. To the point, Amy always acted in a reasonable and professional manner, in addition to being available within a few business hours in all cases wherein I had questions which the paralegal could not address. In the end, I received an exceptionally high settlement, with netting almost twice what other law firms indicated would be likely. I am glad that I found Amy Olivas. From the very beginning, she assured me that my case would be handled from start to end and that I had nothing to worry about. She was right!! She took on my case, handled my property damage and my bodily injury for the car accident that I was in. If I had any questions, Amy was always available to speak with.
