Nicole guided my husband and me through the process of estate planning. We found her to be timely, polished, professional, competent, friendly and compassionate. Her gracious willingness to accept changes at the last minute was much appreciated. She also has a talent for translating "legalese" into understandable language. I was really dreading the idea of doing a will, trust and power of attorneys for me and my husband. It's not exactly a "fun" process! But I will say that Nicole Pavlik made it super easy. She took the time to explain different concepts to us and gave us different questions we could ask ourselves to think through those tough decisions. She's seen a lot of different scenarios so she's able to provide a lot of ideas, which was also really helpful! And it's easy for people to be friendly and professional when everything goes right but Nicole was wonderful even when there was a small snafu. It was a typo that she caught herself, she communicated proactively, apologized professionally and totally made it right. She won us over right then and there! It proved to us she has great systems in place to make sure things are done not only quickly and efficiently but correctly and she's not afraid to step up and make it right if not. As a result, since then, we've used her for business assistance as well and she's helped a number of my clients too - they all sing her praises. It feels great knowing I have my will and trust complete and that I have Nicole as a resource if ever needed.

I met Nicole through a free estate planning seminar she gave at the Desert Foothills Library, and at the time I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She offered a free 30 minute telephone consultation in which she helped determine the estate planning documents that would best serve my needs, and she provided the price for her services, which I considered reasonable. We then met for about an hour in her office so that she could gather the information she needed, answer my questions and lay out the steps to complete the trust documents. Two weeks later she emailed me a draft of all of the documentation, which was professionally drafted and reflected my stated wishes. I have worked with numerous attorneys in my career, and I was very pleased with the quality of the prepared documents, which required only a few minor revisions. I then went to her office to sign the documents, which she notarized, and she had everything neatly compiled in a notebook for me to keep in my files, along with additional instructions for providing certain trust documents to my trustee and others who may require them. In summary, Nicole did an excellent job on a timely basis for a reasonable price. I would also like to compliment her administrative staff, who happens to be her mother, for her professionalism and thoroughness!

Nicole prepared our long overdue will (our fault for our tardiness of course). She was very responsive to our questions and anticipated our needs. Nicole also helped us with other legal issues for a family member and directed us to another lawyer for a separate issue that was outside her services. I would strongly recommend her for your your estate and will legal services (fees were also very reasonable). We have peace of mind now.
