We were looking for someone who could help us navigate all the things needed to be done to establish a trust in here in AZ. We had wills, etc. that were made many years ago in IL which we needed to update. Nicole helped us get all the information together and formed a trust that covered everything necessary from wills, assets, medical, etc. She was extremely well prepared, and we couldn't be happier with the results. She definitely knows AZ law as it relates to trusts, medical directives, etc. Things we never would have thought of--she did. Her office staff is very pleasant and helpful as well. From our initial phone conversation, we knew the positive reviews from others were true. We had two in-person visits and emails in between. We came away from our final visit knowing we had everything we needed that would make our eventual passing, some day, easy for our son to navigate.

My husband and I had been procrastinating on addressing our estate planning requirements because there was so much confusion out there. However, we attended a workshop by Nicole. She explained everything clearly, and so we met with her and found out that what we needed to do was a lot less complicated than what we had believed. Nicole and her team worked efficiently and were so understanding in arranging meeting times, etc. - it was right at the time that Covid was breaking out. Her office environment was safe, and she had a convenient Phoenix location where we could finish the final filing. We are pleased with the results, all the filings were handled efficiently and we feel all the wiser and relieved that we found the right person to do the job. We both highly recommend Nicole and her team.
