Our will was old and needed updating. After attending a retirement seminar we decided it was in our best interests to do a trust instead. We found Nicole’s firm listed under estate planning on Thumbtack and all the reviews we read were very positive. Plus the fee she listed for the total package seemed reasonable. She was very thorough from the get go and her explanations were devoid of legal mumbo jumbo. The whole process was covered in two office visits. On our final visit Nicole helped us fill out some of the documents the investment firm’s provided to us in order to convert those products over to the trust. Overall a very smooth and streamlined experience. I had a will from another state and needed a complete re-do, power of attorney, medical power of attorney and Living Will. Nicole and her staff showed compassion, courtesy, patience, efficiency, sense of humor, quick response time and great communication skills, covering a wide range of requests and tasks with the ability to listen. A fixed price is offered and it stayed at that price. I had researched and interviewed other people, also highly recommended and much more expensive.

Nicole was easy to work with and wrote and amended our Trust, Will and Durable Power of Attorney, which was much better than current one. Nicole was amazingly easy to work with and wrote us a new Trust, Will and Durable Power of Attorney which were so much better than my last one.
