I am a business owner. A person entered my business, opened the door on their OWN foot and claimed my door was defective. They sued the business, me and my business partners. It was simply pathetic. I am glad to say Mr. Kester represented me. After 1 year of litigation, the bumbling, stumbling Plaintiff who opened the door on her own foot got nothing. I am outraged that people can file such lawsuits but elated to know the system works and that Mr. Kester was on my side.

I was turning into a driveway when a girl ran into the back of my van and she claimed it was my fault and even claimed that she was injured. After 2 years of litgation I finally had my day in court and the jury found in my favor!! I know there are people injured out there in accidents but when you rear-end someone, deny responsibility and claim injuries. Lets get real. I am glad my insurance company stuck by my side and I am glad Mr. Kester defended me and I couldnt have asked for a better attorney. It may take a long time but the legal process works and Mr. Kester is one great attorney! Thank you for your hard work!

I wanted to thank Farmers Insuance as well after reading this last posting. I was sued by a neighbor for slander. I had a homeowners insurance policy with Farmers Insurance which actually provided me with a defense! Mr. Kester, Esq., defended me in the case and my neighbor ultimately dismissed the lawsuit..something about what I said was not slander if it was true. Thank goodness for good attorneys and insurance. Thank you!
