I have been treated excellent with all the questions that I have been asked. And when I call and I don't get to talk to the person that sent me a message that I didn't understand, I just leave a message and as soon as that person is available, I receive a call back from him/her and explains everything to me. Mr. Orent was everything I could’ve asked for in a defense attorney. He had my back all the way through. From the night of my arrest to the dismissal of my case. I called to inquire how to pay a balance, and they dinged my credit a second time for the same balance, as a result of my call. Do not let your account go to these people. They are untrustworthy and their website isn't even secure. Don't put credit card information on it as well.
Absolutely shady business. I will report them to the BBB.
