He returned calls extremely quickly, returned emails super quick and at all hours of the day (even past business hours) and kept in constant communication with me. This was my first time being in any kind of criminal trouble besides a traffic ticket... And Josh was extremely patient with me and happy to answer all of my questions and explain the what was happening thoroughly with me every step of the way.
