Well I haven't personally been there just yet but I have read and understand this man is the best of the best.

Danny Adelman represented me on a medical malpractice case. Throughout the entire process Danny was very caring, supportive, and respectful of my injuries. He thoroughly explained things and was willing to personally answer my phone calls and meet with me. Danny and his team genuinely care and helped guide my family and I through stressful times. I never felt alone. I highly recommend the firm of Adelman German.

These folks are THE BEST YOU CAN GET! In 2014 I suffered a severe whiplash injury which necessitated over a year of treatment. I did not want to retain an attorney or get adversarial but when my own insurance company questioned my need for treatment after having had 4 whiplashes and a broken and fused neck prior to this accident, I felt hopeless and desperate. I knew of Mr. German's fantastic reputation so I called him. From the first moment, he was so compassionate and reassuring that I knew I was in good hands. Mr. German, his gifted superb associate attorney Scott Seymann and his caring staff took everything off my shoulders! Their attention to detail was phenomenal and when my case settled with an excellent result, I felt so relieved. I hope I don't need their services again but if I ever do, I won't hesitate to call them and so will my family and friends!

Daniel Adelman, Is the best lawyer I have ever known. In 1997 he took my case for malpractice on a vascular surgeon, and a major hospital here in the valley that caused me to lose my right leg above the knee, and some muscle debridement surgery's cause by the doctor who did not even show up till after there was no chance left to save my leg, and the hospital for not getting me another doctor in time. There were also a lot of other mistakes made by the hospital and the doctor that Mr Adelman discovered. He is extremely educated on Doctor / Hospital medical procedures, and the vascular system of the human body. I found him to be a very smart, he had the best people around him in the field. He truly cared about what happened to me and my family, and forever changed our live's for the better. I and my family are forever grateful for the 7 figure out of court settlement he was able to get us, and I consider him a true friend. I would recommend him to anyone with a malpractice type lawsuit or accident injury case.

My boyfriend and I were in a terrifying car accident where we were rear ended on the freeway causing us to crash into the dividing wall and spin out multiple times. It was a hit and run and my car was a total loss. Scott Seymann went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and walked me through the entire process of my case with ease and patience. He was friendly, understanding, and always on top of everything, making sure I never had a worry. My husband is a loving, kind and a very successful business man. Unfortunately he is no longer there with me. I am eternally grateful to him, for the support he provided me with. The bank which my husband appointed to be the trustee declined to be the trustee; stating that businesses in which my husband had partnership are complicated and hard to value. I am a housewife who doesn’t understand structured finance or exotic financial instruments or limited partnerships. I needed an attorney who I can trust and who would put my interest over their own interests. After much research I appointed Peg as my attorney. She won me over by her authenticity and easy communication style. I felt I can trust her. She is a very knowledgeable and more importantly she never let her ego or her professional interests get in the way of taking the right course of action. I am most impressed by her judgement and humility; she knew when to take risk, when to hold back, when to seek additional help. A lesser attorney would have let their ego get in their way and wanted to do it all. This is a complicated case; she involved multiple banks, multiple attorneys at the right time and for right reasons; and brought the trust into management by a reputed bank. I am happy that she brought the case to a favorable conclusion. Now, I view her as a trusted friend and still seek her judgement.

In the midst of trying to have a good day with my child over spring break, we found overselves in a horrific car accident, air flighted, and through it all I was separated from my child as we were flown to different hospitals. I could not tell the officer in the hospital room what happened, but I knew we were alive. Once learning the other person admitted to causing the accident, and knowing we were looking at thousands of dollars of medical bills, my husband made a phone call and through a trusted friend, was referred to Adelman German law group. I remember when we met with them at first, it was a conversation, it was friendly, there was empathy regarding the situation. I also knew they knew what they were doing. In the end, we are so thankful my husband called them while I was recovering. We are so thankful their skilled team left no stone unturned. Because us, and our child, are not riddled with medical bills and debt that were out of our control. And for this we are so so very grateful.

Peg was an extremely objective and fair mediator in our parenting time problems. She listened to both of us and to the kids, and had smart cretaive ideas when we got stuck. I am very pleased with the solutions and the process was so positive we're working things out better ourselves. Great experience and we'll use her again if the need arises.
