Well I haven't personally been there just yet but I have read and understand this man is the best of the best.

I recommend Richard and his entire group with the highest rating possible. From the first time we spoke he was caring, understanding of my particular accident and subsequent need for TBI rehab as well as surgery. His concern was always for my well being. When it became time to file my law suit, his advise was spot on. He negotiated a final settlement which exceeded the offer given by the insurance company. This firm is exceptional in providing legal service, advise and compassion to clients.

I am client of Richard Traulsen. Unfortunately, I was in a really bad car accident November 2017, and taking care of everything myself was just no longer an option. These folks are THE BEST YOU CAN GET! In 2014 I suffered a severe whiplash injury which necessitated over a year of treatment. I did not want to retain an attorney or get adversarial but when my own insurance company questioned my need for treatment after having had 4 whiplashes and a broken and fused neck prior to this accident, I felt hopeless and desperate. I knew of Mr. German's fantastic reputation so I called him. From the first moment, he was so compassionate and reassuring that I knew I was in good hands. Mr. German, his gifted superb associate attorney Scott Seymann and his caring staff took everything off my shoulders! Their attention to detail was phenomenal and when my case settled with an excellent result, I felt so relieved. I hope I don't need their services again but if I ever do, I won't hesitate to call them and so will my family and friends!

Daniel Adelman, Is the best lawyer I have ever known. In 1997 he took my case for malpractice on a vascular surgeon, and a major hospital here in the valley that caused me to lose my right leg above the knee, and some muscle debridement surgery's cause by the doctor who did not even show up till after there was no chance left to save my leg, and the hospital for not getting me another doctor in time. There were also a lot of other mistakes made by the hospital and the doctor that Mr Adelman discovered. He is extremely educated on Doctor / Hospital medical procedures, and the vascular system of the human body. I found him to be a very smart, he had the best people around him in the field. He truly cared about what happened to me and my family, and forever changed our live's for the better. I and my family are forever grateful for the 7 figure out of court settlement he was able to get us, and I consider him a true friend. I would recommend him to anyone with a malpractice type lawsuit or accident injury case.

My boyfriend and I were in a terrifying car accident where we were rear ended on the freeway causing us to crash into the dividing wall and spin out multiple times.
