These people were so bad the judge actual reprimanded them verbally for the way they performed their job. Then we proceeded with the case with the judge admonishing the attorney they provided over and over. I was lucky. My case was very clean and clear. Had my case needed the actual files from my doctors I never would have been approved. Basically they took $6000 for doing almost nothing. The lean attorney provides his name only to this. The actual attorney is a serious joke.
