Our experience this morning on the phone appointment with Mona Carrasco was very positive. Mona was professional and very informed when asking questions pertinent to the application process. With the help and information received from Mona today we are very pleased that Social Security Disability Advocates are working on our behalf for benefits. It is our feeling that Mona is a very positive asset to your organization and we are so happy that she was our first contact on this very sensitive and important journey.

Julio Romero was very helpful with paper work and answering any questions I had along the way made the process easier to get things done and get approved.

Had hiccups after my first case manager left company, and was not informed. But when finally got ahold of Julio Romero new case manager for my fiance, he was more than helpful with anything needed, since working fulltime. Even after the approveful, was still attentive to answering any questions, as well as still pursuing actions beyond approval. He has helped me to understand everything thoroughly and never seemed frustrated. Thank you to Julio and the SSDI here, took ALOT off my shoulders and was much appreciated.....def. recommend if you need to ask for Julio Romero to help with your case. Very, very professional. Social Security disability advocates Llc won my case after two years! Thanks to the great staff like Cameron Rocker and Jeannette Rivera always there when I had a question regarding my case and my medical records ! really grateful and recommend them highly!

The case manager Julio Romero was very attentive to my needs. He was very polite and was not in a rush to get me off the phone. He was very thorough with walking me through the process of filing my appeal. And made really feel at ease which made me know I made the right choice in hiring them to fight my case. Everyone I have dealt with this far has treated me with nothing but the up most respect and have and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that needs help.

Very hard to communicate with, don't return phone calls. The attorney only asked 2 questions during my hearing. Almost non-existent hearing prep. Extremely disappointed.

I won my case thanks to this wonderful team! They kept me up to date and were always so helpful and polite. I never thought I would get the help I so desperately need. I finally have hope that my life will be somewhat back to normal and I will be less stressed. Thank you Serina for all your help!
