Complete disregard of Home Owners situation. Charges exorbitant fees and other charges. Communication is extremely difficult and poor.

My interaction with Lesli Taylor proved to be an exasperating ordeal. Her communication skills were shockingly poor, marked by a consistent lack of politeness and frequent abrupt disconnections during our phone calls. The simple act of reaching her proved to be an ongoing challenge, and my attempts to communicate through email were met with an unbroken wall of silence. What exacerbated this experience further was her refusal to grant us access to anyone else within the firm. All we aimed for was to settle our account and bring it up to date, but her actions needlessly complicated this process. Penning this review became my last resort as I found no other means of seeking assistance.

My experience with Lesli Taylor was beyond frustrating. Her communication was abysmal, characterized by rudeness and multiple instances of hanging up the phone on me. It was a constant struggle to reach her, and email communication was met with complete unresponsiveness. To make matters worse, she outright denied us the chance to speak to anyone else at the firm. All we wanted was to get our account paid off and up to date, but she made it unnecessarily difficult. This review is the only option I had left since I couldn't reach anyone for assistance.

Chandler Travis is an excellent attorney. He is by the book, honest and trustworthy.

These guys refuse to talk about any case and threatening to call police for information that is public and take everything as a threat.

They do not return voicemail or respond to emails but will send you a letter and demand payment for corresponding with you when they want to, what a scam

Have made multiple calls to assist a family member who is having serious health issues. They don't take calls and they don't return calls. They send letters to any address the person they are trying to reach may have lived at - regardless of how many years ago. They are just running up costs and don't care. Call the AZ Bar Association to complain this is theft!
