Damon was more than helpful with my case. He took much time explaining how the court system and MDV works. I have never met anyone in Arizona as a lawyer who would take the time to explain the Arizona system. Damon was also prompt and always offered to assist me through the confusing process. I HIGHLY recommend Damon Petrehn!!!!

After hearing and seeing many companies and websites advertise a free consultation and attempting my best to get to actually speak to a legal professional, I was extremely frustrated by the fact that they were either not "free" and in fact anywhere from 50 - 120 dollars for a 30 minute to hour long consultation but often those that actually did let you speak with someone would often have you speak to a paralegal who can only take notes of the actual case without giving any advice which they then pass on to the actual attorneys. This was not the case with Damon at all, it mentioned that he provided free consultations and to my delight that was exactly what happened. Not only was it completely free, he was very knowledgeable and spent nearly an hour on the phone with me giving me sound legal advice and showing his vast amount of pertinent information to many different questions.

The lawyers were competent and followed up, and with great success!

This is nothing more problematic when you cant talk to your Lawyer and he or she does not return calls. I am happy to say this never happen with Damon! He always called me back whenever I tried to get a hold of him and sometimes he even answered the phone. In today society of "right now" he was there. I would highly recommend Damon to anyone who wants an attorney that is always available. He is a very professional attorney. He was on my side all the way and we strategized together many times. Our upfront agreement never changed and he did an excellent job representing me. Go with Damon!!!
