After being in the ICU recently, I realized how important it is to have plans, such as a POA, living will, estate planning, etc., but I always put it off. I am so glad I went to Lincoln & Wenk because they made the process was easy and smooth from beginning to end and were always friendly. Also, attorney Thomas Touhy and Ellen were knowledgeable and great to work with. I was referred to this law office by a friend and was super satisfied with the estate planning service I received.
