I recently had a horrible experience with ERIKA AVENA. I was trying to resolve a case regarding my car accident, I had waited for her phone call for over two weeks and when i was able to reach her she lied by saying she had spoken to my husband and that my husband had said that he had dropped the case. When in reality that was a lie, all my husband said was that he was not going to be able to make it out to the chiropractor but the others involved in the accident with him were able to go and that she had sent a letter dropping the case but was never sent!!! SHE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES!
