I had Penny for a divorce and she screwed me over big time. She was. overwhelmed with her clients and went only to the emergency hearing for support. She didn't defend me. Even though I am disabled my spouse still got the house to live in, I had to live in a trailer and she got me barely any support after 33 years marriage. She then convinced me that I could handle the mediation with Judge Hancock who is a good friend of hers. I got screwed in mediation because I didn't know the law! She is arrogant and only cares about the money!! The group is a joke!!!

The staff is so nice I just wish my trusty was as caring and compassionate as these wonderful people are I am a a current client suffering from a debilitating serious mental illness. The integrity and understanding shown by mr. Nelson his willingness and desire to work around the symptoms of my debilitating serious mental illness is in measurable how can you put a price on loyalty and trust. No matter what vulgar fits I throw mr. Nelson and Amy his assistant are both always there once again with a smile and a chipper voice as if they had never experienced 20 minutes of me yelling at them. These are incredible people with the ability to adapt quickly to be able to serve the unique needs of their most difficult clients. They have never persecuted faulted me or even hold it against me, even after they are forced to endure the most horrible symptoms of my serious mental illness.
