After wasting money on an inexperienced attorney, I researched and hired Attorney Shane Peterson (on the spot) based on his website profile, excellent reviews, insightful free consultation as well as an affordable hourly rate versus other qualified attorneys.
As a continuing client, I have found him to be very knowledgeable and effective in his approach. Also, I appreciate his honest/fair billing practices.
I am so blessed to feel that I am no longer alone in dealing with co-trustees in an otherwise difficult family trust dispute!

We moved to Arizona from California and needed to make sure our wills and trust documents complied with Arizona law. Shane reviewed our docs and in the end created both new wills and trust documents to make sure that our children would have what would be needed when something happens to either or both of us. We feel confident that we have all that is needed, thanks to Shane’s full and complete review.

Within a week, Shane prepared a new will with new beneficiaries exactly as I requested and at reasonable cost. Found Shane using ARAG legal insurance website. Was interested in setting up a family trust. Since we were using legal insurance I wasn't expecting too much. Shane on the other hand was very helpful and guided us thru the process easily. Shane is very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in estate planning.
