Having to deal with all the stress and sleepless nights over bill collectors, filing bankruptcy with Kathryn Johnson was the best decision I’ve made in my lifetime. She handled everything professionally and reassured me throughout the whole process. She was top notch!!!

When I first knew I had to file for bankruptcy I was panicked and scared from everything I had heard. Kathryn took all the fear and anxiety away for me. She was on the ball and better still kept me on track. Took all the legal talk and translated it into something simple that I could understand. She made it such an easy going nice experience (for what it was). I am so thankful I found her. I can't recommend her enough. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to do this you can't go wrong with Kathryn. Kathryn Johnson is an amazing lawyer! When my wife and I were faced in a very unique situation that required us to file Chapter 13, Kathryn was there every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable and very resourceful during the whole process. She made us feel very confident in the process and her professional rapport with the Trustee was reassuring that things were being taken care of the RIGHT way. We had consulted other lawyers, however none of them came close to Kathryn's professionalism and ease of process.

Kathy was great from Day 1. I didn’t know what to expect, I wasn’t even sure if bankruptcy was the right direction for me, I also had a possible foreclosure and huge equity loan looming over me. However, I sat down with Kathy and we talked about the details, what I could and couldn’t do. She created a plan that was specific to my needs, I was in school, and had federal loans, she helped figured out how to deal with the forbearance as well. She was great in communication, in person or email and made me feel better about the process every part of the way. It’s a long, grueling, unnerving process and it’s not worth trying to Google your way through it. I’m a lawyer myself but no background in bankruptcy or the experience that Kathy has. You want someone who knows what they are doing, I have already recommended her to others and I will continue to do so. 2 and a half years later- my bankruptcy has closed, I’m on my way to building back my credit and starting with a clean slate. It was worth it, and Kathy helped make it happen and made it so much easier.

I am so glad to have had Kathy Johnson as my lawyer in my bankruptcy case. I don't think I could have chosen a better lawyer. She had my best interest in mind. She is very well organized and you can tell she has a thorough knowledge of the process. She will make you feel welcomed and treats you with respect and kindness. Her office is peaceful and private and easy to get to. It is located in a nice peaceful area. Her office is also conveniently located near the bankruptcy courthouse. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs the services she provides.

EXCELLENT JOB! Was always on schedule and even ahead of the SL folks. She helped me thru alot of phone interviews with the banking institutions, and always gave me reminders of deadlines. I have needed her help 10 years ago! Excellent.

Kathryn, I've been meaning to post this but I keep forgetting I apologize. But I really appreciate you helping us through this process of bankruptcy it was very easy and helped us out tremendously! It got rid of all of our debt and raised our credit scores a lot. You were very professional and knew what you were doing and was on top of things. We hired Kathy to file a bankruptcy for my niece. The initial visit was a free consultation. She explained in detail how a bankruptcy worked, the type of bankruptcies and provided a cost for each of the types. Additionally, she explained the timeline, what was involved in each process, what was required by the client and what her role was. There was no pressure. We hired her shortly after the consultation. During the process she kept us informed. Everything went smoothly and the cost were exactly what she said they would be.
