A year ago we needed to find assisted living for my mother. While searching in the Phoenix area, we consistently heard about Jackson-White as the go-to firm to help maneuver our way through the labyrinth of paperwork to be approved for ALTCS. Jackson-White was very helpful and provided a list of documents we needed to provide and was very good about responding to questions---however mundane. My mother was ultimately approved for ALTCS and I know without a doubt if it had not been for the expertise of the people at Jackson-White, we would still be struggling to get the paperwork completed and approved.

In February of 2023 my husband and I were both charged with super extreme DUI’s. I was driving but my husband only got in the driver seat to shut the car off. From witness statements, the cops also charged my husband with a dui. Upon doing some online research for an attorney, we contacted Jackson White Law based on their great reviews. We called and originally spoke with Jeremy Geigle who was so informative and also compassionate about our situation. A few days later we signed on with them. We felt their fees were reasonable, especially to represent both of us, and felt confident in their ability to represent us. We were assigned to attorney Evan Tompkins and his assistant Jessica Manjarrez. We could not be happier with the treatment and service we received from them. Right away they went right to work on our case and were always very responsive to all our phone calls and emails with any questions we had . They were also good at helping put our anxiety at ease during this very stressful time. The end result was in June after much negotiation with the prosecutor, Evan was able to get my husband’s dui completely dropped and my charges and penalties reduced down to a lesser charge.
