I had a wonderful experience with Miss Taylor Mackie for a Civil Traffic Violation. She was always available for last-minute phone calls, and her legal assist, Dulce, is incredibly sweet and professional. There was a day when I was really upset with an interaction with my insurance company, and Miss Mackie called me within (5) minutes to help calm my fears. My insurance still hasn’t been able to obtain a crash report, but R&R was able to seek this in-person and made it available for the hearing. I’m a public school teacher, so the cost for services was higher than I wanted to pay, but it was worth it for the security of knowing my issue was handled with such professionalism. 5 Stars - Highly Recommend!!
