David (with Gail's support) was very helpful to me in understanding the process, was patient with my questions, and helped me to see that getting a prenuptial agreement is empowering to have financial conversations prior to getting married, so that issues may be resolved prior to getting married. Overall great customer service, and helped me work through what I thought would be a difficult process, but actually turned out to be quite painless. Thanks David and Gail!

David and Chris are consummate professionals. I was referred to them by my former attorney who couldn't take my case. I sat down with them, laid down the facts and asked if they could get me 'X'. He didn't guarantee it but he felt he had a pretty good shot at it and outlined the steps we would take. I was satisfied, signed the retainer, and then Chris and David completely took it off my shoulders. Showed up for all of my hearings for me (3 in total) and got my misdemeanor reduced to a civil infraction so nothing criminal on my record. This was a traffic issue and was kept off of my insurance so no rate hike either.

He helped me keep my parental rights when they were in danger of being taken away. He filed all the necessary paperwork correctly and in a timely manner. He also appeared in court with me and was well prepared.

David recently represented me at trial in a family law matter. I cannot express enough how thrilled I was with the service I received from David. He was patient, professional, and was always available when I needed to talk to him. He took the time to explain legal things in regular terms to help me through a very difficult divorce. He let me vent when I needed to, and then refocused me on what was important in the case, rather than digressing into the fight my ex was trying to get me into. In court, he hammered away point by point, fact by fact presenting the strongest case possible. Without him, I do not think I would have the current visitation schedule I have with my children. He had the judge nodding and agreeing with each legal point as it was presented, and because of his skill, I was able to get almost everything I had asked for. David was the most awesome lawyer I've ever had. He was very accessible and extremely good at explaining and letting me know what to expect. I highly encourage anyone going through a custody or any family law issues to hire David and let him go work/fight for you.

I am sure you have heard that there is nothing good to say about lawyers, but David is one of the exceptions. He was extremely honest, patient, reasonable on price, easy to talk to, what more can I say without sounding like I was paid to write this? David helped me with a serious family law issue (divorce). David kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood all of the various aspects of my case and included me on each decision and kept me informed every step of the way. David prepared a prenuptial agreement for me, was very professional and knowledgeable about the subject matter, listened to my concerns, and kept me informed throughout the process.
