Mark is very detail oriented and hardworking for all of his clients. He kept me in the loop 24/7 throughout my case and whenever I had a question, he had an answer and an explanation ready for me. By his knowledge and expertise, you can tell that Mark has been in this business for awhile. Mark represented me on a complex case involving two super extreme DUIs with property damage and other related charges. The case was 5 or 6 years old and I had failure to appear warrants by the time I hired Mark. Mark knocked my case out of the ballpark. Another attorney had prepared me to do a year of hard jail - Mark got me 36 days of work release plus a little house arrest. This is despite the prosecutor asking for more than the minimum. At every step of the way, Mark kept me informed about my case. I have never been surprised. I was even able to get married as my case was being resolved. The only reason I am writing an anonymous review is because of my position as a high-school teacher. I was charged for Extreme DUI (15.1 BAC) and was worried of what would happen to me. Mark was absolutely incredible. From day one he explained the whole situation from the Criminal charges to the DMV Administrative Hearings, and their respective procedures and consequences. He gave me step-by-step account of what was happening. Mark would follow-up on my emails and phone calls in 24hrs and he would patiently go over what would be coming next. In the end, Mark successful managed to reduce my charge from Extreme DUI to "impaired to the slightest degree." This is a huge! As it decreased jail time, fines, interlock time, and DUI screenings and classes hours. I high recommend Mark not only for his competence, but also for his honesty.
