I have been so impressed with Amar Law Group. I worked with Jesse and MeCheryl and I found both of them to be highly responsive and diligent in handling my claim. Jesse never put any pressure on me to make a decision and did a good job explaining the options available to me as the claim progressed. I spent a few weeks trying to do the claim myself but found the manufacturer to be non-responsive and even directly told me that my claim would not be eligible for the lemon law. This is when I decided to get an attorney and from the very beginning, Jesse did a great job setting expectations with me. He told me the claim would take 4-6 months and our claim was completed in exactly six months. While that sounds like a long time, the vast majority of the time is spent waiting on the manufacturer to review documents and provide answers. I consistently found that Jesse moved things along as quickly as he could and was proactive in reaching out the manufacturer for updates and next steps. I hope no one ever ends up a lemon situation, but if you do, Jesse and team are the place to go for a resolution.
