They came to my defense by compassionately addressing my concerns and aggressively pursued the large automobile manufacturer that was giving me the runaround on my brand new vehicle. They were able to help me tremendously and I am so, so thankful I had experts on my side. These large automobile manufacturers have millions of dollars at their disposal and throw their weight around to bully their very own customers of their products. Don’t be fooled into thinking because you bought “new” and have a warranty that the dealers will bend over backwards for you, it’s literally quite the opposite. We bought a new Nissan Armada in 2018 and then we started having problems with it starting. At first we wanted the vehicle just to be fixed every time we took it to the dealership we kept getting the runaround, because it was an intermittent problem. We had three brake switches replaced and we’re given a number of other excuses as to why the vehicle would not start from key fob battery is too low to the key fobs being too close together. When we decided to call Nissan corporate they looked into the issue and said they would give us some compensation and the vehicle back because they indicated the problem was fixed.That’s when we decided to call Amar law group. Henry from the Amar Law group was amazing from the beginning he always returned our calls and emails promptly. Henry took care of everything. He was able to get us in a 2020 Armada. Without Henry we would have been lost and pushed around by Nissan. Even on the day of signing for the new vehicle we had a question and Henry quickly answered it within minutes.
