I couldn't believe it when I came across this company. I have an issue with my brand new car. I wanted to return it under the lemon law. I found the Amar Law group after doing a google search. The said they would represent me at no charge to me. I was very skeptical at first. I thought how do they stay in business representing people like me for FREE? Well long story short they reviewed my case and took my case at NO charge to me. They got me a settlement that I was VERY happy with and you guessed it, they didn't charge me a dime! Trust me they are not paying me to say this. I am in fact a real person whom had a real case. IF you come across this company and think its a scam in some way. TRUST me, it is NOT. I was very happy with the experience I had with Amar Law group. My car was having some major issues and they were able to negotiate with the manufacture. Every time I called or emailed I got a response within minutes I never felt like I was sitting around waiting for them to contact me , as soon as they knew something I was advised. I worked with Henry and Emily who were both great. If anyone is in the same situation I will tell them to use Amar Law Group.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Michael from this firm. He was so awesome. This process seemed extremely quick and easy for us. Which with a good lawyer I imagine that is how it’s supposed to feel. Our van started stopping on us driving down the road. It would just shut off. No warning, just dead. Unfortunately though with the miles being a little higher than what suggests a “Lemon Law” candidate, Michael did everything he could in assisting us. We are very happy with the outcome of our case. I was referred to Henry at ALG by a friend who was represented in a recent lemon law case. I had a brand new truck with issues since day one that the dealer could not fix and later told me it’s a known issue that didn’t affect the performance of the vehicle and I had no other recourse but to trade in the vehicle, sell it, or keep the car and deal with the issue. Given this, I wasn’t sure what my options would be if I attempted the lemon law route. The process turned out to be incredibly easy, and efficient. Henry and I never met in person, everything was done via calls and email. He went over all possible outcomes, and ultimately I ended up with the best possible in a matter of about 3 months. The manufacturer offered a buy back on the car, and return of my down payment. I was out the payments I made over the course of a year but I consider that reasonable. I would highly recommend Henry at ALG!

I had been having lots of transmission problems with my vehicle. It was a 2015, but had relatively low mileage. About a month after I bought it, I noticed the issue. Over the next year, I brought the vehicle back to the dealer, it was under warranty still, to fix the problem about 5 times, always with the same result. My frustration led me to the internet to search for others that may have had the same issue. I found a blog related to this vehicle, and saw numerous complaints about it. There was an add on the blog for the Amar Law Group who specializes in the “Lemon Law.” There was a short questionnaire to fill out to get more info. I filled out the questionnaire out of curiosity and sent it through. Within about 30 minutes I got a call from Henry Vorderbruggen. Henry informed me that because of the age of my vehicle, I was no longer eligible for the Lemon Law. However, he also told me that my time is valuable and that I should be compensated for the amount of time I had been without my vehicle. Henry told me that the manufacturer would probably not buy back the vehicle, but would most likely compensate me for my time. Of course, having been a police officer for 30+ years, I was skeptical of what Henry was telling me and asked how much this was going to cost me. He told me it wouldn’t cost me anything. He said if we reached an agreement with the company, they would be obligated to pay the attorney’s fees. Still not quite sure about this, I told Henry I would think about it. Henry called me once a week to see if I would like to go through with a claim. He was not pushy or annoying, he kept reassuring me that I could possibly get some compensation. I told hime I still wasn’t sure what I was going to do. During the next month I had to take my vehicle back to the dealer two more times and was pretty fed up with what they were telling me. So, I contacted Henry and told him I’d like to go through with a claim. I forwarded copies of all of my invoices to Henry. He authored an amazing letter and sent it to the company. Within a week or two, Henry called me with some great news. The manufacturer had agreed to buy back my vehicle! I was later reimbursed nearly everything I had invested in this vehicle. The vehicle at the time I turned it in had 55,000 miles on it. The service manager that took possession of it said he had never seen this company buy back a vehicle that was that old with that many miles on it. And they paid the attorney’s fees! I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from Henry and the Amar Law Group. Henry kept me informed during the entire process. He returned my emails and phone calls promptly and just gave excellent service. I highly recommend the Amar Law Group!

I bought my car in June 2018 And start to get many problems with it. The dealer tried to fix it but it never gets fixed. I start to search for a lemon law attorney and I found Amar Lemon Law. He worked with me to get the can buy back buy the dealer and YES, he was able to make the dealer buy it back from me. I couldn't make it happen without his effort and his advice. This is my first experience with an attorney defending me in a possible lawsuit. I had a lemon car, I knew it, but I needed legal advise on how to handle it. Henry Vorderbruggen and the rest of the staff were THE BEST. Spoke layman - not legaleeze to me. I understood everything he explained to me. He had my back and made my work very easy. I got a list of things he needed, that's all I did. I probably bugged him more than I should have, but he was very kind to me. The outcome for me was WONDERFUL.
