We purchased a new vehicle and had trouble from the get go beginning at the 3000 mile mark. This law firm was WONDERFUL to work with. I was worried to choose someone from out of state but I can assure you, the process was simple and very professional from afar. I was also surprised at how quickly everything worked out. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

I have a brand new car that apparently the Audi dealership cannot fix. I was told by the dealership to do a buyback from the manufacturer. I googled lemon law attorneys and decided to contact Amar Law Group. I was asked if my car was fixed. I said no. I was immediately dismissed and the conversation was ended. I contacted them again via chat to explain that it did not get fixed because they can’t fix it. Again I was rudely dismissed saying they cannot help and chat was ended abruptly without any explanation or ability to explain. How do you have a car that is two weeks old and the dealership tells you it can’t be fixed and you don’t have a lemon law case? Rude and dismissive customer service. As I do not know the lemon laws in this state I can appreciate the fact that I may not have a case. However, good customer service is good customer service and bad customer service is bad customer service. Unfortunately all I could receive from my initial experience with Amar Law is poor and dismissive customer service.
