Mr. Galbut's firm was referred to us by a mutual business associate/friend. My mother had fallen in the parking lot of a doctors professional center while walking down a handicap ramp. The ramp was in need of repair due to a seperation in the pavement. My mother tripped and fell into the seperation of the pavement which caused her to loose her footing hence resulting in a broken knee cap and femur. This was not the normal type of case that Mr. Galbut's firm handled but he, personally called us to see what he could do and took the our case which showed us immediately his compassion and concern for justice. He then assigned Charles Buri to our case. Mr. Buri had the arduous task of compiling all of the medical, contacting all of the physicians, and dealing with insurance companies as well as organizing and orchestrating all of the elements needed to investigate this case. He never complained, argued or showed any lack of enthusiasm and maintained his high level of professionalism at all times even under some very stressful siutautions. The case lasted 1 1/2 years due to unexpected medical complications and Mr. Buri and the staff at Mr. Galbut's firm were always there for us both in a professional capacity and personnal support. They were our extended family through many "dark days" and we can never thank them enough. I am happy to say we were successful in winning our case but I feel that is because we had professionals that cared for their client and had the endurance and perseverance it takes to succeed.
