It was 2014 went I paid 50% down through my sister ( in cash $900) as I wasn't in USA, she didn't do any paperwork or anything for me. So I asked to give the money back. She never give it up because that was her down payment , for a job she'd never done. I'm writing it now because I'm proud Citizen now. Never let anyone put you in fear as she tried to scare me about the immigration process.

I had high hopes when I hired hall & underwood but soon found out that the flat fee was not worth it.. I believe Jay thought that my case was going to be a simple property division but quickly realized that I had a complicated financial divorce. At one point he tried to have me go to another attorney when we where only 4 months from trial so I declined to that and stayed with the firm big mistake. When I went to trial we were not aloud enough time to present the case and they did not fight to get more time for more witnesses to take the stand. When I received the decree I was devastated and was told I needed to hire an appeals attorney as they would not do the appeal. I went ahead and negotiated an amended ent to my decree to relieve some of the orders. When jay did not agree with my decision he withdrew as counsel and left me hanging out to dry so unprofessional. I had followed his advise through the entire process and ended up getting screwed because the firm did not do there job and present the case to help me.. they simply ran out of fee and didn’t work for me. I would never recommend them to anyone going through a divorced.
