Mr. Ciatu set up an LLC in which we held investment properties, assisted with details in purchasing properties and tax consequences in selling properties, and when all properties were sold facilitated the closing of the LLC. In my experience Mr. Ciatu is very knowledgeable about both taxes and real estate. He is a highly conscientious, highly ethical person who is quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
