I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for everything Kelsey and Allan have done for my family. Over two years ago, when my daughter was barely a few months old, I went to the DMV to renew my license, only to discover that I had overstayed on my visa. I had believed it was a 5-year visa, but it turned out I needed to renew it at the two-year mark. After consulting with a lawyer, my wife and I decided to apply for a green card. We found a law firm in Scottsdale online to represent us. While I won't name the firm, our experience with them was incredibly negative due to their negligence. We are forever grateful to Kelsey for informing us of what the firm was already aware of: our denial. Kelsey used to work at the firm and initially worked with us. Our first impression of the firm was positive, thanks to her. Fortunately, she moved on to better opportunities, which was a blessing. Kelsey was the one to inform us of our denial and took on our case pro bono. Within a month of her taking over, we were approved for a green card!
