A big Thank you to Andy and The DeFusco Law group! My car was rear ended by a careless driver and it was a chain accident involving 3 more cars, mine was totaled. I suffered some back injuries and decided to hire an attorney. DeFusco law was referred to me by my friend. From our very first meeting, Andy explained the process clearly and answered all my questions and concerns very patiently. Since there were three more parties involved in the accident, the process took longer and through out the process, his office kept me informed about the progress being made. The DeFusco lawyers presented an engaging and informative lecture about the liability parents have in regards to issues involving alcohol, negligent driving, and other accidents in which their children/teenagers may be involved. Kind and compassionate--that is how I would describe Andrew DeFusco. Until I got to know Andy, I didn't think too highly of personal injury attorneys--but he quickly changed my perception. When our son was injured in a motorcycle accident, Andy came to the rescue. The driver was underinsured and so was he. Andy worked with her insurance company, his insurance company, the hospital, surgeons, et. al. Long story, short…Andy was a champion! He made sure that all the medical bills were taken care of, received top dollar for Scott’s motorcycle and that Scott received all compensation he possibly could. Andy did this in a thoughtful and professional way.
