After experiencing my first injury-causing auto accident, I was overwhelmed to say the least. Andy and his team were kind, patient, and communicative throughout my time working with them and took the time to explain each step of the process as we went. Called to see if they would take my case as I just got into a horrible accident last night and am seeking representation. Spoke with a woman on the phone who seemed very cold and stated they only took cases that had “catastrophic” injuries and there is nothing they can do. Please let your staff know to be more sympathetic, very disappointing.
