In November of 2019, I was in a serious accident sustaining multiple fractures to my pelvis and a torn labrum in my hip. I was left discouraged and let down by most of the medical professionals that treated me and was nervous to obtain legal counsel. Andy and Bryn DeFusco immediately washed my nerves away once we met and I knew they were perfect team to represent me. I can at 22 heading into work I had the unimaginable happen, being seriously injured in an auto accident at the hands of someone else's fault and even though it was a rough year recovery and I will never be the same with you injuries I had sustained and the daily pain from the permanent damages of my injuries I have, what I can say is retaining Defusco law was hands down a one in a million right move on my part when figuring out how to move forward and get care because car accidents never happen at the right time, the personal touch he added while fighting hard for me answering questions making sure I got the care that I deserved by making sure my only priority was to seek medical care and rest and not have to worry about anything and leaving no stones unturned Even though my case is different than anybody else even though things didn't work out the way most would think or even how I wish it would have been different, I can say hands down the quality of service he and his staff provided The only difference between my grandmother providing the same level of care compassion and doing everything on my behalf was being greeted with a plate of warm cookies and milk to make everything a little bit easier when going through a serious matter I hope to God no one reading this will ever have to call being in a position where you need to hire an attorney for a car accident because I would never wish upon what happened to me even to my worst enemy the injuries stress and uphill battle I faced and rough year recovery with a lifetime of permanent change moving forward but what I will say is if you're in need of hiring an attorney who will do everything in their power to make sure the at fault party will be held accountable as well as not having to worry about what's next on your road to recovery please don't hesitate from my experience I will shout it from a rooftop if needed Don't think twice because the outcome of my case might be different in the outcome of yours but the quality of customer service professionalism and truth to everything Andy and his staff says when it comes down to being on your side is 110% true, and I can say if you needed to hire him you are in good hands
