We have been with this company for 5 years and they have superior customer service and go above and beyond for us all the time. Julie, Kathy, and Jasmyne are extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Recently we were trying to obtain an SBA loan and our bank kept asking for payroll information in different formats. It was a very stressful time because the funds were running out so" time was of the essence". Twice I called Rene at night and she imediatly ran the reports and sent them to me. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you PayTech team.

PayTech is an amazing company! Everyone there is so friendly and they are always more than willing to help with any questions, comments or concerns that your company may have. My payroll Rep. is Suzanne and she is amazing! I swear I talk to her 3 or 4 times a week and she never gets tired of me. We have been loyal customers for 37 years ( told we are the oldest "ouch") because everyone that we have worked with has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Phone calls are returned quickly and any questions are answered professionally. As both my husband and I owned our own businesses ( restaurants and Community Montessori School, just down the street) our taxes are complicated especially since we also have to do out of state tax forms. It is a nightmare for us but easily handled by the CAC/ Pay Tech staff. They know everything about accounting and payroll issues. As accounting issues change each year it is always reassuring that we are working with professionals that keep up with all the current and complicated changes in taxes and payroll regulations. You won't be disappointing using these folks!

I have used PayTech for the past couple years for your office. When we came on board with them there was some catch-up to do from the previous service we used. PayTech got us all up to date, organized, and more efficient. They are responsive to questions which makes everything easier! It has been a great experience working with them.
