I sought Rob Chelle's expertise in reviewing my physician employment contract. I found his law office to be very quick to respond and very helpful in setting up the meeting which occurred online. I found his comments, suggestions, and review of the contract/ job benefits to be extremely helpful, especially to a first time contract negotiator. I would not hesitate to use his law office again, especially if I come across a more complicated contract in the future. Pricing was also on par with the expected fee.

I am a J1 Physician finishing my pediatric residency in the United States. Mr Rob Chelle was AMAZING in going over my employment contract review. I was referred a lawyer by my resident union, who I found to be brash, rushed and did not take the time to explain the process to me. In contrast Mr Chelle was very detailed, went through the contract page by page with me. He and his team were very explicit about fees, which were a one time charge, and checked in with me after the fact. I would recommend Mr Chelle for all medical residents starting a new job needing contract review but especially J1 immigrants who are not sure of US law.

Chelle Law provides great and courteous service at a reasonable price, and I would highly recommend them to any health care professional seeking legal advice or council. As someone coming out of training I had questions regarding my contracts. Although Rob gave some good pointers for my contract, he was by no means comprehensive. The response for the contract had grammatical errors which I had to correct. I sent subsequent emails with a few questions to which he never responded. I paid $750 upfront for a one hour phone call and questions unanswered. Would not recommend for someone who is new coming out of training for physician contracts.

I used Chelle law for a physician contract review this January. I am highly satisfied and will recommend. The price was VERY reasonable and flat rate rather than paying hourly for my 1000 questions. He answered those questions with good examples and comparison's that really helped me understand what the contract meant. He answered my follow up calls and questions promptly and even offered the option to send revisions to the employer. Thankfully this was not necessary as my contract was pretty straightforward and employee-friendly however this would have made a world of difference to someone who needed revisions. He was very responsive and able to answer all my questions. Highly satisfied.
