Incredibly disappointed and overcharged. I have this law firm almost 2 years to get my case filed - a bit of time goes by so I attempt to contact them to see what is going on, it took several weeks and only when I found another lawyers email to include on my strand did I get an out of office with 2 other contacts that I immediately forwarded, only to find out that the lawyer assigned to me left the firm god knows how long ago - so I am asking what do I need to get this done. I send 3 emails over a 2 week span inquiring about my case after that again only to receive an email stating that the other lawyer is out of the office, 2 diff times, each time the lawyer will be gone multiple days, finally I get a, “I will talk to him on Mon when he is back in office,” after the 3rd time I reach out. Well Monday comes nothing. Tuesday comes nothing. Wednesday comes, still nothing. Thursday I reach out to explain to them that I wish to seek new council - the lawyer finally emails me to tell me they were in a meeting discussing my case just then. Wow what a coincidence - I still state I am changing council and a refund would be appreciated. 3 weeks later - no refund but a nice bill explaining that they charged me for the emails where I was told he was out of office and the email when I stated I was changing council. I could not, in good conscious, recommend this firm to anyone.

My husband and I recently learned about the importance of having a Trust. Bri and Nick Niro were very friendly and professional all the way through during my estate planning process. It only took a phone interview, online questionnaire and a couple of office visits to get everything in place. Once they determined my estate planning wants and needs it was just a matter of providing my initials and signatures after reviewing the documentation. It was really so easy and I felt a sense of relief to have this completed. I'm so glad I had this done professionally instead of utilizing a DIY approach.
