We used Tony as our Car Accident Attorney and he did a fabulous job representing my daughter, who was severely injured in the accident. He was thorough, helped me with any questions or concerns and overall had my daughter’s best interest in this case. We would definitely use him again!

When I regained consciousness in an emergency room after being ejected from a moving vehicle, contacting an attorney was the LAST thing on my mind. However, while I was healing, I realized that my physical injuries and emotional trauma could have easily been prevented, so I wanted to do what I could to ensure that others would not have a similar (or worse) experience. After several days of meticulous online research, I emailed the three accident-focused law firms in the area that looked the most promising. Fortunately for me, Tony Piccuta at Scottsdale Injury Lawyers was the only one who responded. From the moment we first connected on the phone, my instincts told me that Tony was honest, bright, respectful, straight-forward, knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, and (most importantly) 100% solutions-oriented – striving to get the best outcome for both of us while being realistic about the challenges we would likely encounter and our unlikely odds of success. As we continued to interact over the next 8 months, I also learned that Tony is a genuinely good, kind, thoughtful, and compassionate human being – through and through. I say this because my accident left me feeling anxious, stressed out, emotional, and (most of all) scattered and confused at times. But Tony remained patient, supportive, helpful, and understanding – which made me feel less “crazy” and gave me the confidence I needed to keep moving forward with the legal process. One unique aspect of doing business with Tony is that he works closely with an excellent paralegal (Carly Gerber), and their outstanding communication skills, prompt responses, and stellar teamwork made me feel as if we were all working together as equal partners in pursuit of a common goal (as opposed to just being in a traditional attorney/client relationship). This was particularly impressive, and so was the following: 1. Tony pursued a logical path to justice that did NOT involve anyone going to court and did NOT require me to travel out of state. 2. The business that caused my preventable accident closed its doors just days after Tony contacted them (and so I know they won’t hurt anyone else). AND 3. Although a settlement in my favor was unlikely (for several reasons), Tony somehow got me a check from the insurance company – and it was the largest amount allowed (which was TWICE what I had even imagined!). In summary, I am SO very grateful for Tony, Carly, and their firm because everything about my experience with them was FIRST CLASS from start to finish! Bottom line, my experience with Tony and his firm was outstanding. From the beginning Tony was amazing, he had explained the process and let me know what to expect and how this case was more complex. Tony is timely and makes sure his clients are too! However, he is patient and kind Energetic and treats you like a human. I know because I had been absent minded on things due to having my surgery, family passing and me going through the healing process. Emotionally and physically it was a lot.
