Tony Piccuta is awesome. I found him to be trustworthy,professional, reliable, passionate about his work, caring and compassionate. He took on my daughter’s accident case at the very last minute 2 days before the insurance company claim was to lapse. The company was giving my daughter the run around. The case became complicated when My daughter unexpectedly passed away shortly after. Tony pursued her claim and never gave up and kept me updated all during the negotiations He got the compensation that she deserved even though she had passed. I am so great full to Tony for that. No one ever wants to deal with a car accident, and then have to deal with all of the legalities to cover medical expenses. Tony and his associates made this such a pleasant and stress free recovery. I was the victim of a car wreck around Christmas time. I emailed Tony who responded to me, personally. He also replied at 11:24 p.m. during the week, almost midnight, asking if I was okay. I could tell that he truly cares about car accident victims. The next day I emailed him back to explain my situation a bit more. Although he determined that hiring an attorney might not be the best course of action, given my situation, he did offer to lend a bit of time and expertise to answer any questions that I may have. In the end, he was able to guide me in the right direction.
