I have a CDL and received a summons which I believe I did not deserve. Since I have a CDL that means I can not do a driver safety class to eliminate the summons and have no points on my license and since my license is my livelihood I knew I needed to fight this summons in order to be vindicated. It was not about the fine, it was about supporting my family and keeping a clean driving record. After doing research online, I decided John was the person who could help me out of this mess I found myself in. We went to court to fight the summons and John got the case dismissed. Mind you, I was in law enforcement for 21 years and feel I am pretty knowledgeable regarding the law, but like that old saying "Show me a man who acts as his own attorney and I will show you an attorney who has a fool for a client" John picked up on things that I would have missed regarding the case. Obviously no one could guarantee a dismissal and John told me that right from the beginning but I would most likely not have beaten this case without him. Thanks to John and his knowledgeable staff my my case is over. Do yourself a favor and not try to beat a summons on your own. Pinnacle Law Group would be my first call if I ever needed representation again in the future. Again thank you John!

It's refreshing to find an attorney who has 16 years experience and still seems human. Attorneys see a lot and meet people who are in a crossroads in their life who need help. As a client you are completely dependent on another human being who has ultimate control of your future. Yes you made the mistake but now you need help. Mr. Rhude treated me with respect and truly walked me through the process. I believe Mr Rhude has a calling and not just in this for the money. He seems to be a warrior for what is right but realizes that the offense may not feel that way or always do the right thing. Anyways, I will remember John Rhude and am greatful for his service.

We all tend to shop around and ask questions in areas in which we are not familiar with. Law is one I'm not all that familiar with and I'm not willing to go in alone and make a situation worse. I had two heavy tickets, exceed 85 and no insurance. John dismissed the insurance ticket and dropped the criminal speeding to a civil ticket.

I'm 22 and made some stupid driving decisions, John got me out of a lot of trouble. I was lost in the beginning but John talked me through every scenario and did all the work for me.
