I am a commercial vehicle operator from out of state. While traveling on I-40 in Arizona, I received a ticket that I assumed would be an easy payable fine... then found out that it was a very unjust situation. I thought for sure I had no options to beat this, then I found the Pinnacle Law Firm. I contacted them, and felt immediately at ease that the situation was going to be handled. I was in contact with each member of their team, and they could not have been more helpful, and reassuring that they would handle everything. This is not one of those large firms that will pawn you off on the next person,or forget your name. You will be in personal contact with the attorney at all points during your case. Attorney John Rhude, and his staff, treated me like family, and I now consider them to be part of mine.

I needed a lawyer to fight on my behalf. John and Co (a 1 man/2women team) were the team to do it! I contacted the office via email. Brittany reached out to me. I spoke to her about my situation over the phone. I could have handled everything over the phone including paperwork and payment, but I opted to visit the office and have things explained to me in person (sorry guys I was a little skeptical, but of course that changed). Brittany already had all the details that I needed to know and paperwork ready to be signed at the time of my arrival. She was on top of it. Janine was also on top of everything. She kept me informed with the court dates I needed to be present (which was only one). John made this experience very personable by speaking to me one-on-one and letting me know each move he was making next. The team told me the upfront costs and John reiterated that cost covers everything until the end of the case. Throughout the grueling 5 months he, Janine, nor Brittany never asked for a penny more. Plus they accept most forms of payments (be careful because some lawyers were asking for cash only or money order payments). They are always there to answer questions via email or phone (email is probably best). The team as a whole worked seamlessly to get my case situated to the best outcome possible. Although anyone would love a case dismissal, I am happy with the end results. I do have the office number and John's cell phone number saved in my contacts for the reason that car accidents happen and I know this team is aggressive and relentless in handling these kinds of cases. Received a ticket speeding on my Harley in Yarnell AZ. Had the check made out to pay the ticket my friend said to call John he's the best there is. I'm a CDL driver I can't get tickets so called talked to John as anything no guarantee, but I had to try. He made me feel confident. John got it dismissed. John is the best and as a former Phoenix DA he knows the system...thanks John you saved my career!!!!

John is personally the best lawyer I've ever had, dismissed both my tickets and i thought for sure the second wouldn't get dismissed. It's a small firm so John doesn't hire any other lawyers you always get john which is awesome you don't have to worry about meeting someone new. If you have a traffic violation John is your man and his staff are undeniably friendly. I rated 5 but they get 10 they are awesome people to represent you.

John is the best lawyer you can hire. Period. He takes care of his clients like they’re family. The communication between John, his office and myself was excellent, there were no added costs or fees through the entire process. He doesn’t make any promises, he lets you know exactly what the possibilities are and he continually updates you throughout the proceedings. Johns expertise cannot be matched. Everything was upfront, realistic expectations and goals, no ridiculous promises or added costs. Communication was very good, I was never left in the dark wondering how everything was going, and was updated by phone and email every step of the way. The office staff is incredibly helpful with everything regardless of how silly my questions seemed. I'm not real sure I can rate this group of professionals high enough, complete peace of mind and trust is priceless. Will recommend every time.
