Great experience from the first call. All the staff knowledgeable and available to answer all questions I had. Both my major charges dropped, only having to pay a minimal fine. They were worth every penny. 5+ stars!!!!!

John Rhude was the best attorney I have worked with, very professional, easily approachable, and he does an amazing job of keeping you up to date with what is going on. His office was also wonderful, they called to introduce themselves and give me their contact information if I ever had any questions. I hope I won't ever have to use him again but if I ever did he is an amazing lawyer to know.

I honestly thought my life was over after my incident, until I found John Rhude and Pinnacle Law. I was facing several charges from a single incident and I was terrified about what was going to happen to me. It was not looking good. John, Damon and the rest of the team were friendly, knowledgable, compassionate and understanding. Those terms are not typically synonymous with lawyers, but I promise you they are with this firm. I didn't think there was any hope for my case, but they did, and they proved it. They were always open and honest, keeping me fully informed with each step of the process. In these situations, it's easy to be overwhelmed, stressed and anxious, but they took those burdens off of me. Words cannot fully describe how incredibly grateful I am to have found and hired John and the team! They are truly genuine people who want and will help you, and I am living proof of that. My father was traveling from NV to FL and got a speeding ticket in AZ. I called to get information for him, and although I ended up not needing their services, they were beyond helpful. They gave me insight on the laws and the options my father had. I'm very appreciative for the information that was given and how easy it was to talk them. If my memory serves me correct I had spoken to a Janean and John. Both were great and knowledgeable, they even went out their way to confirm the type of speedimg ticket that was issued. I would definitely use them if a situation ever came up.

I got a Speeding Ticket in Gila Bend driving back to Carlsbad, and I needed an Attorney to represent me and possibly reduce my Ticket/Fine. On June 19th, 2015, my wife was cited for two violations while driving in Scottsdale. Since we felt the violations were bogus, we decided to fight it in court figuring we could beat at least one of them if not both. Someone had recommended calling an attorney to help us fight the case, but we did not listen. We went to court and lost both of the violations. Lesson learned. We were then referred to Attorney John Rhude at Pinnacle Law. It was to late to fight the initial charge, but not to late to file an appeal. We spoke with John Rhude at his Scottsdale office and explained our situation. He made us feel welcome and offered to listen to transcripts from my wife's case. He did so and called back and felt that an appeal would be worth while. So, with John's guidance and advice, we decided to proceed. We are very satisfied with the service we received from Pinnacle Law, John Rhude and his assistant Brittany. We feel that had we gone to John before our initial court appearance, that the outcome would have been positive for us. We would highly recommend John Rhude next time you need to go to court. Choosing john rhude and damon pehtren as my lawyers has been the best decision I could have made. Years ago I faced one of the toughest situations I have ever put myself into; I was young, scared for my future, and beyond disappointed in myself. I was referred to John for legal counsel, and he made sure my case was handled with the utmost care and attention. John attended all of my court hearings and didn't rush out of the courtroom once we finished up; he sat and listened, he explained every detail, and he made sure I understood what my options were.
