My meeting was with Corbett LaDuke. Corbett was great to deal with, he answered all my questions, was very understanding of my limited knowledge of the topics we discussed, and ended our meeting with positivity and respect once we wrapped up our time.”

Inconsistent or poor customer service experience for some clients
“Poor customer service. I booked an appointment based on the recommendation of Dave Ramsey and with that I would have figured since being in a business that requires trust, that customer service would be their top priority. The first appointment that I booked was cancelled and rescheduled a day before the appointment, so I booked for the following week and today it happened again.”

Concerns about the firm's adherence to fiduciary standards
“This company needs to re-evaluate their definition of a "fiduciary". They aren't even close. We had our money with a Tucson advisor and had difficulty getting returned calls about transferring money in, and when my husband expressed our frustrations to Jeff Junior he was told "we aren't at your beckon call".”
