God awful, dishonest, and unethical. Took advantage of a disabled person. Lied to me. Falsified evidence. "Forgot" to disclose unfavorable information. I've been a lawyer for 17 years, and I have personal experience with Ms. Marquis. You can do better than this despicable person.

I highly recommend Kate Simonds. Kate is an attorney who truly knows the law and uses it to effectively advocate for her clients. She controlled a very intense custody case and successfully secured a no contact order for my son’s protection. Kate shoots straight; I was always given the correct information and told which battles I could win and which I needed to cede. She is realistic, competent, and on her game at all times. After a year of trying to mediate a settlement, we ended up in court. Kate is truly superb in a trial setting! She controlled the court room and is an artist when it comes to cross examination. Kate gave me honest, correct counsel and was successful in protecting my son. Legal action is expensive but Kate was worth every penny. I will be forever grateful to Kate Simonds.
