As a prior social worker, I know that Michelle is truly in this profession to help and empower individuals and families, considering her background as a women’s shelter director in the past. As a couple and family therapist, I see Michelle as a trusted partner because she helps couples and parents with kids make informed and sound decisions about something as impactful as divorce. Her Collaborative Divorce process makes a painful course of life much less painful and much less costly. Highly recommend!

I hired Michelle to help with some legal obligations. She was a great listener and provided me with different potential solutions. At the time I met with Michelle who handled my divorce, she was a sole practitioner. The challenge in working with Michelle was in her communication and in my receipt of timely follow up from her on the days that she was out of the office due to business or personal issues. My messages were often left with an outside answering service and not communicated accurately to Michelle. This resulted in some misinformation communicated to both me and Michelle. There is no doubt that Michelle is knowledgeable in her field but my ex and I felt that we had to manage the divorce process more than we expected to. She would benefit by having a full time member of her staff dedicated to her clients when she is unavailable.

Michelle worked with us to create a trust and was very helpful. She was understanding of our time-frame and was flexible and suggested good solutions to our needs for our trust. I'd recommend her for any trust needs you may have.

Ogborne law was a pleasure to work with and made a hard thing a lot easier. Michelle was a great listener, provided insight where needed and made the process easy. I would say that timing would be the only area for them to improve (follow up, timelines etc). Overall would recommend!
