I HAVE KNOWN PAUL FOR ALONG TIME HE HAS HELPED MY FAMILY THROUGH SOME DIFFICULT CASES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAUL TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS HIS SERVICES.

Paul is amazing. From the beginning he let the insurance carrier know he was playing hardball and not to bother offering a low dollar amount for my injuries. He and Pam were truly caring and responsive during an extremely difficult and dark time in my life, going above and beyond to make sure all I had to worry about was getting well. He was available whenever I had a question, and usually called me before any question popped up. Paul got me the maximum payout. I highly recommend Paul.

I was hit by motor vehicle while walking across a street. I had the good fortune of having Paul recommended to me. In my case, the individual who hit me was underinsured. Thankfully I had an underinsured clause in my policy to cover me in this situation. Paul got the maximum amount for me from both the underinsured motorist who hit me as well as from my own insurance policy. It wasn’t easy. My insurance company originally offered me a very low settlement. Paul fought for me and got me the maximum (and just) amount. In all, it took about two and a half years. In that period, Paul and his team investigated and documented liability, got video evidence and witness statements and obtained all the the records and bills associated with my case. Paul is a great guy and a great lawyer. I highly recommend him if you need legal representation.

Paul Englander was referred to my family when my husband was in a car wreck on the 101 near Shea in Scottsdale. My husband was out of work or on limited work for a year awaiting surgery and battling for approvals and fighting insurance companies (medical and auto). Paul stepped in a took over the battle for us so that we did not have any added stress. If he needed to speak with us in person he would make the drive to our home 45-60 minutes away without hesitation. My husband ended up needing back surgery, Which took us almost 11 months to get approved. We didn’t fight this battle Paul did. We never felt alone in this. Paul is always a phone call or email away. Our outcome was amazing seeing as though my husband had major issues and the other persons insurance company tried to offer a check for $400 settled paid in full. Paul even reached out to help us find people to help with depreciation value of our car and how to go about it. He recently represented my son in a rear end accident (my son got rear ended) on the 60 near the 101 that totaled my car that my son bought me for my birthday. Paul is wonderful an extreme advocate for his clients which is what you want when calling on an attorney for help.
