Yvette assisted me with the Conservatorship of a Disabled Adult. I have known Yvette for years and she knows what she is doing. She is reliable, trustworthy and she explains what is going on. I've used her for personal (wills) and have referred her to a few of my clients who have elderly parents.

I live 800 miles from my sister. I am her only relative. She has been in decline for some time but unwilling to take any steps relative to legal , medical or estate matters. I got Ms. Banker's name from The Arizona Agency on Aging. My sister had asked me to come and take over her affairs, get her into a safe, clean group home and be able to manage her affirs remotely with periodic visits. Ms Banker met with us on Monday and by Thursday she had completed several documents that gave me the legal standing to perform my responsibilities while never losing sight that my sister was her client.

I liked Yvette immediately upon meeting her. She represented me in a petition for guardianship of an elderly gentleman and she did a wonderful job. Throughout the process, which was very scary for me, Yvette reassured me, consoled me, listened patiently to my concerns and explained the law in terms I could understand. She was always available. She always returned my emails and calls promptly and made me feel like she had all the time in the world to talk to me. Her fees were reasonable, fair and, I think, kind, considering my many calls and emails. In the courtroom, she was organized, competent and confident. I was impressed. She continues to represent me in my guardianship duties. I highly recommend her.
